Activities for Children, Young People and Adults
At CB Plzeň, Sunday services are not the only thing we do — throughout the week, we also hold regular gatherings for children, youth, and adults.
There is a place for everyone here.

Activities for Children, Young People and Adults
At CB Pilsen, we meet not only on Sundays, but also throughout the week. You will find programmes for children, young people, adults, and seniors.
On this page, you’ll find our regular weekly gatherings as well as links to other events. If you’re wondering where to start, you can choose by age group or have a look at the calendar.
Children
We offer a programme for children on Sundays and during the week — a safe environment, friendships, games, and space to discover faith in a natural and understandable way.
Rybky Scout Group
Rybky Scout Group is for boys and girls from age 6. Children can look forward to games, trips into nature, shared experiences and friendships. Talking about faith and values is also a natural part of what we do. During the year, we also take part in competitions, and the highlight is usually the summer camp.

Children Are Welcome on Sundays Too
During the Sunday service, children have their own programme.

Unitáček Parent and Toddler Centre
A gathering for mums, dads and small children, where you can spend a pleasant morning together in a safe and friendly environment.
Children play, sing and discover new things, while parents have space to talk, rest for a while and get to know other families.
The programme also includes free play time and occasional themed events throughout the year.

Youth Groups
We offer regular gatherings for young people, with space for friendship, sharing, questions about faith and shared experiences. Junior Youth and Youth meet separately.
Junior Youth Group
We are a group of young people aged 9 to 15, together with our older leaders. We sing Christian songs, think about the Bible, and play different games and board games. During the summer holidays, we also go to a junior youth camp together.
If you enjoy having fun, want to make new friends and learn more about God, come and join us. We’d love to see you.

Youth Group
We are a group of young people who enjoy spending time together. We talk about life, faith and the things we are currently dealing with — and there are also shared dinners, board games and occasional trips. We’d be glad if you joined us.

Older Adults
Our gatherings for older adults are a space for conversation, prayer and mutual encouragement. We meet about once a month, depending on availability — usually in someone’s home, and sometimes in the church café.
The dates are not usually fixed far in advance; most often, they are arranged after the Sunday service. Would you like to join? You are warmly welcome.

Exploring the Bible Together
For those who would like to go deeper in their faith, we offer regular gatherings where we read the Bible together, reflect on it, and share what it means for our everyday lives.
Bible Study
A gathering for anyone who wants to understand the Bible better, ask questions and look for answers together.
Small Groups
Smaller gatherings during the week, with space for sharing, prayer, and more personal conversations.
We meet both in homes and at the church.
Interested in one of the small groups? Get in touch with Dan Šrámek. He’ll be happy to help you find the right place.

For Our Neighbours
We also organise open events for women, parents, families and people from the local area. Some take place regularly, others only a few times a year.
For Families and Parents
Throughout the year, we prepare various events for families with children — from bazaars and clothes swaps to shared events such as a lantern walk or Easter workshops.
For Women
Several times a year, we invite women to a Ladies’ Brunch — a gathering that offers space to rest, share and be encouraged in everyday life. It often includes a creative programme and good food.
Exploring Faith
From time to time, we also run the Alpha Course — a series of open gatherings for anyone who would like to explore the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Not Sure Where to Start?
We’ll be happy to help you find a place where you feel at home.
